On the Deal Map, you can easily see if a feasibility study was already done on the same site or near your site in your company, so you don’t have to duplicate the initial site analysis.
Keep Everyone on the Same Deal
Not everyone on your team needs to get into the nitty gritty of modeling, but they might need to reference it.
With each deal, you can share it internally and externally directly from TestFit to keep everyone on the same page. You can:
- Enable public share links for deals
- Share TestFit deals with users who don’t have a TestFit account
Once they open the link in the web viewer, they can see the TestFit model with a tabulation summary. This way, all stakeholders have access to the latest deal information.

Set Your Standards Across All Assets
All your assets are now neatly organized into folders based on types such as roads, spaces, units, and pro forma on the Assets page. This allows your company to organize and share assets easily to set consistent standards across your teams.
You can also use this folder to save your presets for different typologies and let your team members use these existing files as a starting point for their feasibility studies.
