Every Friday, we share any new company updates and demo what we’re working on.
We get virtual lunch together once a month to connect with other team members outside of your team.
Every team meets each other at our Dallas office once a year for brainstorming and team bonding.

We have team members all over North America & beyond. But we work hard to keep our culture alive from our annual retreat to Friday Lunches.
Local employees have the option to work in our Dallas office.
Take time off as you need it. Everyone gets:
- 4 weeks PTO & 1 week between Christmas & New Year

We offer health benefits including medical, dental, vision, & basic life insurance.
We support your growing families with 12-week parental leave with first 8 weeks being fully paid.
TestFit offers paid time for the loss of family members, including pregnancy loss.
You’ll get a monthly stipend of $300 for health and wellness services. Use it for a gym membership, therapy, or other wellness expenses to improve your mental & physical health.
Need a new chair? You’ll get up to $750 within the 1st year of your start date to get your office set up. And up to $250 for every year after.
