Every feasibility study is a series of decisions from massing, setbacks, yield, to financial viability. And our goal is to help you make those decisions faster and with more confidence.

With unlimited massing, site-specific reporting, and enhanced setback controls, this release gives your team clearer insight from the first iteration to the final report.

General Updates

Perform Unlimited Massing Studies Before Using a Credit

Every project starts with “what fits on this site?” and now you can answer that question without limits. We've improved the experience of creating new deals, allowing you to explore unlimited massing studies before using a credit in TestFit Site Solver.

Test massing, explore site constraints, and preview different presets first—then lock the area once you’re ready to refine your design in more detail. It’s a more flexible, low-risk way to start every project.

With this update, site credits are now universal. One credit now gives you access to all typologies, so you can explore more project types with the same subscription. This means you can explore a multitude of scenarios and prioritize the most promising opportunities before investing time in detailed design.

Visualize and Compare Schemes in Reports

Feasibility studies are rarely about one perfect answer; they’re about comparing trade-offs between multiple goals like density, parking, and unit mix.

You can now add 3D views and set each view and stat card to specific schemes and sites directly in your reports, making it easier to understand design options and communicate findings. This allows you to quickly generate high-level reports with multiple schemes side by side for faster, clearer decision-making across all stakeholders.

Now, in addition to calculating yield and cost, you can present why one scheme performs better than another visually and quantitatively.

Define Building Setbacks with More Precision

You can now define building setbacks separately from landscape setbacks, giving you more control over buildable envelopes and open space requirements. This update makes zoning compliance easier to visualize and ensures that the area used for yield calculations truly reflects what can be built. This added layer of detail lets you fine-tune setbacks to produce more realistic, regulation-compliant studies from the start.

From unlimited massing to final reports, this update helps your team make informed, data-backed decisions at every step of the feasibility process. So you can explore sites freely, communicate options clearly, and design with precision, knowing every study is grounded in realistic feasibility.
