You're programming an office floor and want to move from a headcount spreadsheet to a visible area budget. This model assigns space to executives, managers, open workstations, meeting rooms, print rooms and IT rooms.

Watch the same floor plate fill as the program changes. Each allocation uses a stated area-per-item assumption, with a separate circulation allowance. The drawing is an area diagram, not a finished test fit; room proportions, access, lighting, power and structural loads need their own design checks.
