Release Track Record

TestFit’s release history, as its release tech tree records it: 82 releases, from RE 1.011 in November 2017 to v5.020.0 in April 2026. Four later releases follow, 5.21 to 5.25, from TestFit’s release posts. Each entry below is one release, with its date, the features it shipped for the first time and the live features it updated.

The exhibit keeps one scale from the first release to the last. Its top chart runs two totals: features shipped, and updates to features already live. Below it, each shipped feature is one row: a line from the release that shipped it to the release on screen, with a mark for every later release that updated it. Engine capability compounds.

Source: TestFit release notes (TF_Releases.txt), as compiled for the tech tree, through v5.020.0. Releases 5.21 to 5.25 come from TestFit’s release posts on testfit.io and its release list on support.testfit.io; their features are sorted into ships and updates in the tech tree’s terms, and their dates are estimates, one release a month, the pace of v5.000.0 to v5.020.0. Two releases are not counted: no notes for 5.24 were found, and only the title of 5.26 (“Buildable Plans, Defensible Deals”). Property Line and Parking Stalls appear in the tree with updates but no ship release, so they are not counted as shipped.

Over 86 releases, from November 2017 to 5.25 (about September 2026), 176 features shipped across 13 domains, and the record holds 299 updates to features already live. Updates passed features shipped at v2.020, in July 2021, 105 to 103. RE 1.011 shipped the most at once, 24 features; v1.005 came next with 10. Units, Parking and Views & Analysis hold the most features, 20 each.
