Feasibility decisions shape whether a project proceeds, its scale, and the cost and financing assumptions that guide later design. They are design decisions even when made before a detailed plan exists.

Site price, program, unit mix, budget, and financing interact. If the target program shifts, revisit area, cost, and expected income together to see whether the original feasibility case still holds. Keeping assumptions visible helps the team recognize when one change requires others to move.

Estimates and market assumptions evolve, so feasibility needs to be revisited as better information arrives rather than treated as a single finished phase.
